The Wanderkauven Take There is nothing more iconic than a black Stratocaster with a maple neck. It’s the "Clapton" or "Gilmour" vibe that every player recognizes instantly. This is a Fender Standard Stratocaster (the predecessor to the current Player Series), made in Fender’s Ensenada plant in the early 2000s.

Unlike the newer models, these older Standards often feature ceramic single-coil pickups, which give you a hotter, punchier output—great for driving a tube amp into natural breakup. It also sports the traditional 6-screw vintage-style tremolo bridge, which many purists prefer for its classic feel and transfer of vibration. With a comfortable modern "C" neck profile and a clean maple fretboard, this guitar is a rock-solid platform for gigging or recording.
